How do deal notifications work?
The MadLife app can send you push notifications when we post app-exclusive deals. Turn them on by allowing notifications and enabling the deals opt-in in the app. To turn them off, disable the opt-in in the app or switch off notifications for MadLife in your phone's Settings — either removes your device from deal pushes.
What is the SMS Crew?
The MadLife SMS Crew is our text list for show announcements, on-sales, and deals. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (reply HELP for help). Message and data rates may apply. Full details are on our SMS Terms page.
How do I buy tickets?
All tickets are sold through Eventbrite — our only authorized ticketing partner. In the app, checkout opens Eventbrite in Safari.
Where are my tickets? (Find My Tickets)
Your tickets live in the Eventbrite app and in the email you used at purchase. If you can't find them, look them up on Eventbrite's find-your-tickets page.
