Multicam video capture of your performance — you receive 100% of the performance footage, including live-switched HD video with embedded stereo mix and remote camera feeds for each of 5 HD cameras
Multi-track Pro Tools session of your performance — the full session, including all multi-tracks and a live stereo mix
1–2 minute, fully produced HD demo reel custom extracted from MadLife’s audio and HD video capture: you work with our team on playlist and camera log, then we complete video post, mixing, and mastering
Performance photography — captured during your live performance or closed session
Artist / band bio — MadLife’s marketing team reviews your draft and provides feedback for a recommended final edit
Logo design assistance (if requested, at additional cost)

Two Ways to Capture

Ready to book your EPK Platform session?

MadLife offers two ways to bring your EPK to the next level — both deliver a professional, dynamic capture of your performance.

Option

Live Ticketed Show

Your own exciting and efficient live performance event

Live Ticketed Shows for EPK Platform shoots can be scheduled on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons, based on MadLife’s event calendar availability. Once your show date is booked, MadLife provides a custom ticketing link so fans, friends, and family can support you by purchasing tickets for your “Recorded Live Concert at MadLife!”

We agree a suitable ticket price for your show, and you receive 50% of the net ticket sales revenue. At your option, your 50% box office split can be applied directly toward the cost of your EPK Platform package — selling out holds the potential of covering 100% of the package cost.

Closed Session

Focus all energy on performance and studio perfection

The Closed Session offers a true studio recording experience with no live event distractions — a 6-hour audio recording and live video capture session, supported by 2–3 MadLife production engineers. All of MadLife’s recording spaces and resources can be utilized.

Closed shoots provide flexibility a live show does not: dial in every detail of each song, create a set list specific to your recording goals, and prepare 4–6 well-rehearsed songs. Multiple takes are possible for each song — even moments of songs — optimizing vocals, instrumentals, and stage presence.

The Facility

Built for professional capture

MadLife’s performance venue features capacity for 236 patrons and incorporates a 28' × 17' stage.

The stage features a 16' × 10' high-resolution LED wall for logos, virtual backgrounds, graphics, or stage lighting vibe.

MadLife’s video system incorporates five 3-chip, pro-grade HD cameras, controllers, a broadcast production switcher, and six HyperDeck digital recorders — with remote recording of all five cameras plus the switched output.

MadLife’s B-room serves as a sonically distinct space for tracking, providing more recording options for Closed Sessions.

The venue and stage are equipped with our stellar house PA, monitor, and lighting rigs.

Operated by MadLife’s studio engineers, our multi-cam HD video system captures your performance with maximum detail, color, and contrast.

Main PA, monitor rig, and studio mixing consoles are completely independent — so we can optimize capture quality, your monitor mix, and (for ticketed shows) the sound in the room.

Audio for live and closed sessions is captured in Pro Tools with our Triton Series 68 analog console for warmth, plus outboard dynamics, effects, and mastering tools.
