Celina Meador is the founder of Red Boots on the Dance Floor—a high-energy, heart-driven brand that’s bringing country line and partner dancing to communities across Georgia and beyond. With over 30 years of dance training and nearly 25 years of teaching experience, Celina blends her classical background in ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical with the down-home fun of country dance.

A former performer at Walt Disney World and instructor at one of California’s top studios, Celina brings a magnetic stage presence and deep teaching expertise to every class, workshop, and dance night she leads. After discovering her love for two-step and line dance at age 18, she moved to Georgia and found her true calling—building welcoming, thriving dance communities wherever her red boots land.

In 2025, Celina traveled to over 15 national dance conventions as a competitor, choreographer, emcee, judge, and instructor. She’s made finals in nearly every competition she’s entered and proudly claimed the title of 2024 Line Dance Champion at Forever Country Dance Fest. As a certified instructor with NTA and TATD, her choreography is recognized across the country for its creativity, technique, and joyful spirit.

Beyond the spotlight, Celina is also a proud mom to her son, Waylon, who’s already stealing the show as a budding performer. Whether she’s spinning tracks, calling steps, or cheering on the next generation of dancers, Celina’s mission remains the same: create space for joy, connection, and community—one step at a time.
